His-mRFP1 Codon Optimized for E.coli

This a part is an improvement on the well characterized part BBa_E1010. A hexa-histidine tag was added onto the N-terminus for purification purposes. As the project is based on the standardization of insulin production using RFP, we added the his tag in order to use the RFP protein as a control for fluorescent measurement as well as insulin purification.
